ResiDia is a resident portal for condominium boards, HOA boards, co-ops, and self-managed communities. It is for announcements, events, documents, and neighbor communication — not a replacement for property-management accounting.

Boards use it to post one update instead of a reply-all email, put meetings on a calendar residents can find, and keep bylaws and board minutes in a document library. Residents join only after the board invites them.

Pricing is based on the number of units in the community, not on how many people log in. Multi-building portfolios are billed on the combined unit count.
