- Does ResiDia charge per resident?
- No. Pricing is based on the number of units in the community. Every plan includes unlimited residents and board members.
- When do I have to pay?
- You can create a board account and add your community with no credit card. A monthly plan is required when you are ready to invite residents.
- What if my community has more than 500 units?
- Communities above 500 units need a custom plan. Email info@residiacommunity.com and the team will match a plan to the portfolio.
